4th grade students attended the Quad Cities Symphony Orchestra concert today at the Adler Theater in Davenport, IA. Carnegie Hall out of NYC creates a link up concert for all students across the country in which they perform along with the orchestra through singing, playing recorder, or using body percussion.
This year's theme was "The Orchestra Swings" and the students have spent the last month learning about the instruments of the orchestra and the jazz composers they would be hearing today. These 4th grade students represented Tipton Elementary very well! Good job Tigers! 🎶
